Skills Group (Choose One Phase Level)
Phase 1 - is our beginners stage where we introduce basic mechanics and fundamentals needed to start your journey in becoming an elite defensive back. For example, you will be learning the importance of stance, back pedal, balance, leverage, explosiveness, hip rotation, multi-directional movement & agility.
Phase 2 - is our intermediate group where we will begin to develop specifics to our defensive back technique such as: press/off man coverage, zone drops/concepts and transition breaks.
Phase 3 - is our advanced group where we will reiterate techniques learned from Phase 2, but at a faster pace while fine tuning the necessary details to become consistent.
